GENERAL MARKET FAQ
How can I become a GVFM vendor?
Visit our “Become a Vendor,” page to learn more on how you can sell your products at the GVFM.
What kinds of products are sold at the GVFM?
All our vendors’ produce, baked goods, or arts & crafts are either home grown or hand made in the state of Montana. No distribution or resale of outside products is allowed. You can find a list of all our vendors under the “Vendor Directory,” page.
Does the GVFM accept SNAP?
This year, the market will unfortunately not be accepting SNAP/WIC tokens for purchase of produce. We hope to have the program back for the 2022 Summer Market.
Career Transitions is the proud managing partner of the Gallatin Valley Farmers’ Market.
As a program of Career Transitions, the GVFM’s purpose is to provide an opportunity for local vendors to market, display and sell their goods to promote economic well-being and support the development of home-based businesses. Year after year, the market continues to act as a safe space for new proprietors to learn and grow their business while strengthening relationships with other sellers in the state. The GVFM prides itself in acting as a starting point for many beginning businesses and through this link between CT and the GVFM, the market can stay true to its mission in supporting individuals who hope to find economic sustainment through self-owned business. Not to mention, it is a pretty fun place to call “work!”
